Eugen Cozonac
Chairman
Eugen Cozonac is an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience in private companies and the public sector. He is the founder and president of Beeyond - a financial planning and investment management firm in the US capital market. Previously, he held leadership positions in the Government of the Republic of Moldova, where he managed state lands and enterprises. Dr. Cozonac is a co-founder of Endava and other companies in the IT services and cybersecurity field. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Ph.D. in organizational development and holds master's degrees in business and theology.
Tatiana Cozonac
Co-Founder, Beeyond Investments S.A.
Tatiana Cozonac has over 15 years of expertise in developing and implementing public policies, public finance, and corporate management. Tatiana has successfully managed the restructuring of several enterprises, particularly in crisis management contexts. She possesses deep knowledge of development processes in Eastern Europe, having held leadership roles in the Government of the Republic of Moldova and consulting companies. As president of the boards of directors, she has managed complex organizations and spearheaded transformation initiatives at Energocom, Moldtelecom, Vinăria Cricova, and others. Tatiana holds master's degrees in Engineering and Public Administration.
Johnathan Peabody

Johnathan Peabody has a successful career spanning over 19 years across various industries, including over a decade of teaching personal finance planning. His experience in compliance and good governance ensures that the identified financial strategies align with fiduciary practices and the highest standards of transparency. As a Co-Founder of Beeyond, Johnathan specializes in developing personalized financial plans that align with his clients' individual goals, particularly investments in stocks, bonds, and ETFs. Johnathan is a strong advocate of informed financial decision-making to maintain and enhance clients' financial well-being. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia (USA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shorter University.

Igor Carauș is a seasoned professional who holds a degree in Banking and Stock Markets from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and a Master’s in Financial and Banking Administration.
Mr. Carauș has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, driven by a passion for crafting growth strategies and advancing business development to achieve outstanding results. He has held key leadership positions in leading commercial banks in Moldova, where he developed deep expertise in financial risk management, financial analysis and reporting, product portfolio management, and team leadership - focused on optimizing performance and delivering strategic outcomes.
